The lineup at the 13’ mark was atrocious. Called a timeout and trotted them back out. I think we had a double-digit lead before the coaching malfeasance.
Games not over yet. But we have certainly gotten our share of home cooking from the refs. Not complaining because we have been screwed enough this year.
Ended up not mattering but I have no idea what the clock operator was doing in the 2nd half. Ran an extra 7 seconds off the clock after Wheeler's 3 with 1:01 left
Bad free throw shooting. Bad roster time management that left the starters gassed. Too careless with the ball.
But we played great vs Seton Hall and lost. So this is a win in conference and it counts as such no matter how ugly at times.
Sanogo was epic. Cole took too many shots against the best defensive PG in the league. Martin needs to provide more offense. Akok needs more minutes. On the whole the team has to run, and find a way to run without quite so many turnovers.
That was almost a bad loss. But instead its a good win. We have to figure out how to close teams out, it’s infuriating. That Champagne shot was incredible, not much you can do about that. The fact they were even within one was the issue. I’m happy we won, a win is a win. We have an incredibly soft part of our BE schedule coming up. We need to roll
