I favor rotation number 753. It gives us lots of options. I know it hasn’t been used yet; but I’m sure it is coming before the end of the regular season.🤡

Nice expansion of the rotation analysis.

I notice Sarah played 29 minutes which was perhaps not surprising when Jana and Ice are both unavailable. Naturally Serah was going to be more central than usual. Perhaps Geno was also using the occasion to give Serah more time with Sarah in the various rotations. It’s easy to forget that Geno undoubtedly wants more players to get meaningful minutes with his superstars.

The starting lineup seems to have settled into a solid pattern: the first 5 or 6 mins of each half before the substitutions begin. First Blanca, then Kayleigh and then Allie.

Jana’s minutes got spread to other available rotation players (Top 8 + Caroline).
  • This jives with the need to give more reps to new rotation players: Serah, Kayleigh, Allie and Blanca.
Kelis’ minutes reflect that:
  • she is not yet a rotation player, certainly not in the half-court as the point guard;
  • when Geno likes to see how things go without KK or Kayleigh, he has chosen to go with Azzi or Allie (see rotations #7 and #8);
  • Geno seems to be set on the players he uses for small ball.
