Most of the girls, especially the stars, talk about how important it is to go out a winner.

We spoiled Skylar's senior year.
We spoiled Kayla's senior year.
We spoiled Jewel's what turned out to be her last year.

Who's next? :(:D

Graves, Carter
Mitchell
Fields
Nia Johnson
Howard
Mabrey

Any or all of them would be fine to disappoint.

Most likely, either Michaela Mabrey ;) or Kelsey Mitchell.

And while I'm here. . . an ahem.

Try "We spoiled what turned out to be Jewell's last year." :D

I like it! Where else can one obtain basketball knowledge and, at the same time, improve one's use of the English language?

Maya Moore? Oh, wait.....
I blame EDD, Samarie Walker and Jess McCormack for spoiling Maya's senior year!!!:p

Had they not transfered, the streak would STILL be in place.

Certainly Kara Lawson's senior season.

Can't forget Angel McCaughtry and Jayne Appel.

As long as nobody or anything spoils Tuck, Stewie and Mo's senior year, I'm good.....
helped you out a little (and to add life to this thread)

What about a list of those who went out without a single NC? Can't be long at all, especially if you look at 95 onward (so saying in the last 20 years how many UCONN seniors graduated without having won a single NC?)

I'm trying to have anyone come to mind (not counting anyone who didn't stay here bc of transfer or orther) and the only players might be the class after D graduated? That class after Ann and Barbara...I can't remember who they had...can anyone think of a 4 year player since 95 without a NC?

Amy Duran, Courtney Gaine, Houston, Swanier, Thomas. Not too many.

I had been thinking Mel, those other players I had forgotten. Ketia and Charde are incredible players how spoiled are we as Husky fans to easily forget great talent in the pantheon of stars we have had. I still love being a Husky tho

I guess I should amend that, since you haven't forgotten. Lol

I'm certainly a spoiled fan for sure

Too often they played un-incredible.

Tuck's is a redshirt junior for the team, although she is a senior academically. I am a believer that she will stay another year and get a free graduate degree. JMO.

I tweek you on some of these comments mostly because I've been guilty of them myself. Or is it me, myself was guilty of it?? (a pet peeve). I lived much of my adult life in the "professional" or the academia world and had it not been for my wife doing your --ahem's to me my conversations would be sprinkled with youse kuys know diss ain't da fact type of idioms,we write as we speak!! And my lectures to UALR BioMed Engineers would have sounded more foreign than it did. Irregardless dat's da way I spoke as I was raised in central Connecticut, not Brooklyn. How many "Ahems" can you pull out of the above paragraph of self indulgence??

Didn't Tuck announce, during this past year, that she was "staying" beyond her academic Senior year??

But even better was when Barb Turner smacked down Stacy on an ESPN interview after Stacy predicted UCONN would go down!

Poor Stacy was never the same on the air again.

Stacey Dales for a long time after she started at ESPN didn't realize her job was to be fair and to no longer be a Sooner cheerleader. Like Lawson she learned but has never been in Lawson's category of knowledgeable bobble heads. All I can say is thirty three cheers for the BT Express!! She almost single handedly beat Bales and Duke and would have if she had drunk enough water during timeouts. Loved the BT, Will, et al--not superior in talent only in desire and drive.

Morgan will be able to play a fifth year after next season and has stated publicly she intends to do so. In any event, that 2016-17 squad should be pretty nasty, notwithstanding the tremendous losses of Mo and Stewie.
