Ugly ball so far.
USC up 4-2 at first media break
TAM are 1 for 8 shooting so far

Yikes. Maybe A&M used up all their shooting in the first half against OSU in Hawaii last week. They couldn't miss while I was watching.

USC up 13-11 end of 1
TAm shooting 3 for 12 + 5 for 6 from FT line
USC shooting 6 for 18

My first time to watch USC. Kinda weird to see Mariya Moore and Vandy transfer Kayla Overbeck playing for the Trojans.

Wow, Carter called for a carry. She definitely loves to walk that gray area, and finally got called for it.

USC ends the half on an 11-0 run to go up 32-28. Impressive, considering that Mazyck and Tapley both went to the bench in 1Q with 3 fouls

USC up 32-28 at the half. USC has 12 assists on 13 for 32 shooting(40%)
Tam shooting 9 for 26 for 34.6% shooting

When does the UConn game start----Answer, not soon enough

On a train to Baltimore so any score updates appreciated I see 52-41 AM is that correct.USC is currently undefeated so this is a bubble burster

USC Trojans did not look good in this game. Texas A&M better than I thought.

Really unfortunate to see Aalyiah Wilson missing the rest of the year, she was a big time contributor

71-51 final. Wow, maybe OSU's loss to T A&M wasn't as bad as I thought. USC shot under 30% from the floor as a team, hard to win that way.

Carter had a subpar game too.

Interesting, after the debate about whether Ionescu had a good game for Oregon last night. Looks kinda similar. 5-14 from the floor, 12-13 from the FT line, 23 points, 11 rebounds (all on the defensive end), 3 assists.

I was at the game. Carter's foot that she injured vs OSU looked like it was still bothering her but she still played most of the game and ended up with a double-double. With Wilson out, Kayla Wells has been challenged by the coaches to step up her scoring and she's responded with back to back career highs.

A&M looked terrible at the end of the first half but then outscored USC 24-9 in the 3rd. Wells had 13 of her 26 in that quarter.

USC did not look good at all. FT disparity was 22-31 A&M and 8-12 USC. But that doesn't account for the lackluster defense and shots including layups that were blown.

I anticipated USC would be a sleeper team in the Pac but the Moores and Mazyck need to score better than 6-33 COMBINED in order to do so.
