ESPN article from 10 minutes ago:

http://espn.go.com/college-sports/s...gers-scarlet-knights-join-big-ten-sources-say

Maryland has voted to go to the Big 10. Rutgers expected to follow.

"Connecticut is the most likely candidate to join the ACC, sources said."

Hopefully that means we will be getting in over Louisville.
This is the same line ESPN has had on that article since the other day. They're more or less cutting and pasting bits and pieces from previous articles and adding in new information. Not sure anything has changed.

Some guy tweeted the USNWR ranking for us, cincy and UL and reminded everyone that the ACC boasts about its ranking in its PR stuff. Let's just say UL is on the wrong side of 100, by a lot.

Yeah, that line has been in previous stories. But the longer they keep that line in their the better. They do make edits and would edit it out if things weren't leaning differently.

Someone made an interesting point, of the eight BE football schools in 2003, (we were not in yet) only one remains, Temple.

And Cincy is worse, correct?

What I find hilarious is Big Purple Cat on the Northwestern board, who gained notoriety a year or so ago, is still holding on to Delaney's master plan and that Texas is going to go to the B1G which will force the Big12 to act which will poach ACC teams which will force Notre Dame to the B1G. it's pure comic gold

temple will eventually be in the acc for long term time in a couple years
