What do you mean by that?

Yeah, since he was a walk on, his departure is not a sign that a new player is coming on.

Maybe they felt with 15 scholarship players they didn't have practice or coaching time for walk-ons, so they are getting rid of walk-ons. Maybe he'll be a student manager or some such.

You only get 15 roster spots, so it was not a UConn decision to not go above that
 
I was thinking that they moved him out to make room for someone else but I didn't realize we were one over the 15 cap
Yeah this was already reported which is why I wasn't sure what you meant. They decided to use those 14th and 15th spots on Elezaj and Paunovic. The article did say he would remain in a "different capacity". So I thought you might be alluding to what he would be doing next.
