Kate Covington composed the music. Her main instrument is the violin. But she also plays the piano, lyre, guitar, and drums. Untreated acid reflux unfortunately destroyed her vocals in subsequent years.

Her ethereal music give me chills every time. Constance Demby passed away in 2021. RIP.

NY Times has an online article "Constance Demby, New Age Composer, Is Dead at 81" for any BYers interested in learning about her.

i prefer original original versions of a song cuz that's the one that made it happen.
when it comes to covers, remixes, and the like, then all bets are off. some folks are really talented in reimagining a tune.
