The internet is a great playroom! Thank you, @Adesmar123 , for you have given purpose to my day and broken through my overwhelming Weltschmerz!

We got a winner!

Is the male voice Tony Bennett?
The young woman who put this together back in 2008 while working at CERN is Katherine McAlpine. She is brilliant and fun. Currently she is science editor of "The Brink" at BU. Her twitter account is full of science and fun and wonder. Stuff on there about Covid testing, NASA space mapping, the heliosphere. You know, just your average lady musing stuff!
