sometimes people are quiet because there's nothing to talk about. just sayin'

that aside, with the UMD fee apparently being settled or close to settled, I would expect something else to happen in the near term
 
Event #1: There's a lot of chatter out there. Conclusion: Something is about to happen.

Event #2: It's too quiet out there. Conclusion: Something is about to happen.

Translation: UConn is in a suckfest of a conference. I want something to happen to change that.

eventually all u guys are going to buy into the mass chaos i create and just enjoy it. read the past threads recently i have started or things i have said. then read everything rumor wise lately and look at dates. i am a beast.

I have this image of HFD feeding the beast. It all started innocently enough, but a la "Little Shop of Horrors", he can no longer control it...

read the op in this thread for starters. the roll cage thread and the bc thread. thats a good start. its all stuff i like to talk about that the CR community then reads and recycles thru to new insider info on and on...

According to one of my sources, there is a joint Big 10, Big 12 press conference, about "re-alignment".

Apparently, an ad hoc group of academics, representing the universities in each of the conferences, has determined that there are twelve schools in the Big 10, and ten schools in the Big 12.

In the interest of "academic rigor", a "Blue Ribbon Panel" will be appointed to formulate plans to address this arithmetic blunder. The possibility of the schools from each conference, en masse, jumping to the other conference, is not outside of consideration.

Dan, didn't you get the message? If you don't have the tapes recording the incompetence of WM and SH then that means they are doing are just awesome at their job.
