As we all know, the games are only a little sideshow that supports the main business, which is the battle of the bracket pickers. Checking over the standings at ESPN for all of the contestants in hundreds of leagues, you have to really give it up for the leader RyanGroves who is at 1440 of a possible 1600 points by picking 49 of the 62 games correctly so far with 6 of the 8 picks of theElite 8 teams, all 4 for the FF group, and nailing both teams for the NC game. Though from KY, he also has UConn taking out Louisville in the final and will finish with the highest score by 30 over uconn150986 unless the Cards win, in which case sherman8678 will be the top overall scorer.

All three should be able to parlay their success into big bucks as financial advisiors.

How many bracket entries are allowed per user? If they submitted 10,000 brackets, then I'm not too impressed.

Good question, and I don't really see anyway to easily check how many entries anyone put in, but the limit per account is 10. Of the top scorers I see only one who had more than one entry, so it's probably not that common for the top scorers to have a huge amount of brackets because likely you would have been picking fairly similar teams in multiple brackets. And I saw at least one of the minumum score guys of the "40" group who picked all the underdogs in round 1 (four won) that had another "real" bracket, so some selectors are probably having some fun brackets too.

Last year when all four #1 seeds went to the FF that 1440 score (potentially 1760) at this point might not have seemed so great, but this year if he does hit 50 of 63, that sounds pretty great. The winners over on the MCBB side seem to have got up to 1660 after last night's final, though men's action before the NC was wilder than the women's side (but women's #1 vs #5 in NC is a lot more unpredictable). But scoring all but 160 of a 1920 total seems pretty good.
