how when watching the Kentucky game last night they have a BPI of 4 and an RPI of 10. How are these things determined? Kentucky was 0-3 against the top 50 RPI according to their stats and play in a conference that only has one other top 25 team and may only field 2 tournament teams. I just don't get it.

1) First of all, ignore the BPI. It's essentially useless, and everyone else does.
2) Kentucky's SOS is pretty damned high, mostly because they caught lucky breaks on some of their cupcakes (Robert Morris 114, Cleveland St 87, E Michigan 86, Providence 60 :) )

They're the opposite of us, who got no breaks in our OOC (Maryland, BCU, Indiana, Washington)

Umm...
