Conference observations:
1. ACC, Big Ten and Pac-12 were "over-seeded".
2. Big East was "under-seeded".
Individual team observations with rpiratings.com and Sagarin ratings in parentheses.
North Carolina (15,19) was no better than a 4 seed and more likely a 5, particularly given their cupcake OOC schedule.
Miami (51, 43) should have been a 10 or 11.
Colorado (25, 36) should have been a 6 or 7.
UCLA (11, 24) should have been a 4 or 5.
Michigan (35, 41) was an 8, Colorado (25, 36) was a 5, but Villanova (28, 40) was a 10???
Texas Tech (48, 29) was a 7, St John's (39, 39) was a 10???
LSU (34, 32) gets a 6 and Syracuse (33, 20) was a 7???
Not suggesting that some of the Big East teams necessarily deserved better seeding, but that the seeding in hindsight doesn't appear to be consistent.
Lastly:
UConn's shellacking of Stanford was not a one timer. If they played 10 times UConn would win consistently by 25-30. Except for Chiney they're not even ordinary.

Thanks Phil. Don't know why I can't get this to format for better readability.
