During a recent interview CD said she doubted if Stef would be remembered as a rebounder. Stef’s freshman year rebound total was 5 more than Rebecca Lobo. Projecting Kaleena’s three pointers through 148 game, she will surpass Diana’s record for made 3 pointers. Of course she will also have shot more three pointers than anyone ever.

Ms Dolson's rebound numbers as compared to Ms Lobo could probably be explained by the fact that Ms Dolson played 9 more games games(38-29) and 245 more minutes(920-675) than Ms Lobo as a freshman. Ms Lobo still holds the all time UConn career rebounding per game average 0f 10.1. Eventually, it is hoped that we will be able to discuss Ms Dolson's rebounding prowess and compare it to the all time greats. Now is not the time.

On the other hand she is not the mediocre rebounder some here are given to suggest.

Exactly . We are fans, short for fanatic.

This isn't a peer-reviewed scientific journal, we can do almost anything we want (as long as we aren't engaging in harmful speculation, or using keywords that trigger NSA computers)

I saw you twice on CPTV this weekend. You getting an appearance fee from them? ;)

No, this are the records held by the current 2011-12 players. Obviously they achieved the records in previous years.

Ok, got it now. Many of those records were from last year, which was why citing the year rather than "the current team" confused me.

Considering Dolson shot her field goals at a 62% clip in 2010-11, few of her offensive rebounds were hers. Unlike most women players she usually makes her layups ... with either hand!

Not all of our fans are short.

Not a reliable stat if you would like it to be indicative of not rebounding one's own misses. Making 2 of 3 layups is still a very respectable 67%.
