For those who record the games, re-watch the first five minutes and then shut it off. You'll all feel a lot better and will thank me later. :)

The rest of you are screwed!

We're up 11-2. Refs are calling the Hall on a few reach-ins. Our Js are falling. D is working. 5 minute mark, off goes the DVR. I have a feeling everything will go seriously wrong from that point on. :)

Well, at least one of my pregame hopes came true.

I clearly asked for shorter, more concise post from DogMania.

He starts a thread with a three line post and follows up after the first reply with a 1 1/2 liner. Good use of emoticons in leiu of words too.

The rest of the stuff I was hoping to see?

40 minutes of consistent quality ball? We got the first five minutes.
Good, aggressiver play from AO? Next.
A solid rotation at the 3 from RS, DD and NG? Mixed. DD hit a nice three early on, RS grabbed some good boards in traffic and NG played good minutes once the game was decided. Overall, not great, but we've seen worse.

So, the team gets punched in the mouth and folded quicker than Brock Lesnar, but at least DogMania isn't so wordy. Overall, a push on the night.

If you turn on NBC sports (formerly Versus), Donny Marshall is on the show right now talking NBA. Looks like he got an analyst job, good for him.

I'm just glad I didn't put the Sigh Counter on for this game...it probably would've been over 500. In football however... let's not go there.

I killed a drifter and feel much better now.

UConn losing streaks can be tough on the transient population around here.
