I'm watching the NBA in-season tournament and start thinking how MLB starts all their games on the last day at the same time and how futbol players had to show football players how to kick a ball and I wonder. What has soccer gotten from American sports? Oh yeah, VAR. Thanks a lot.

High school championship games tomorrow at Trinity Health Stadium.

LL - 6:15pm - Hall High vs Stamford
L - 12:45pm - Notre Dame-West Haven vs East Lyme

I didn't know too much about this local kid until recently. Peyton Miller. Signed with the Revolution II at 15 years old.

"Three teenage players who featured on the 2023 Revolution II roster will ascend to the club’s MLS roster for the 2024 season on Homegrown Player contracts: forward Malcolm Fry (18), defender/midfielder Peyton Miller (15), and defender Santiago Suarez (18). Fry and Miller are both from the New England area, hailing from Groton, Mass. and Unionville, Conn., respectively."

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (October 25, 2023) – New England Revolution Homegrown defender/midfielder Peyton Miller (2007 – Unionville, Conn.) has been called up to the U.S. Under-17 Men’s Youth National Team for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia. The tournament kicks off on Sunday, November 12 when the U.S. takes on Korea Republic at 8 a.m. ET.

It’s one of the best to watch live.
