My big brother JRRRJ said he and his wife are flying in from Arizona to attend the Albany Regional. I felt shamed by his devotion, and my lack thereof, so I bought a ticket to the games. Who else is going? Maybe we can do a Boneyard get together in Albany.

The bride & I will be there...

It's a shame I could not attend Albany region, it's literally a stone throw away from my house.

I will be going. I've never attended a Boneyard get together as I live near Albany, so I hope to meet some of you.

-Great idea, Nan; I'm looking forward to the opportunity to get together with ‘Yarders in Albany.

I'll be there if my tickets ever arrive. It's always fun to meet up with fellow Boneyarders.

I thought about it, but I'm saving up for Tampa! Go Huskies!!

No reason you couldn't come to a get-together anyway. Any suggestions on places to meet?

I've got three suggestions for places to meet, listed below in proximity to the stadium:

City Beer Hall - about 2 minute walk from stadium
The Hollow - about a 5 minute walk from stadium
McGeary's Pub - about 15 minute walk from stadium
Wolff's Biergarten - about 1.2 miles from stadium, or a 25 minute walk

I'm guessing we would need a people count to make reservations to the closer restaurants. I'm willing to do that if people let me know who's going.

Nan, I'm out of town on business for the whole month of March. :( or else, I might tempted to host Uconn fans at my house for a drink.

I hardly ever gone to down town Albany, but when I do I usually gone to Van a Vietnamese restaurant. They have the best " Grilled pork over vermicelli noodles" in the US.

Jackie doesn't live there any more...

Our cheapest-flight routing has us arriving at Bradley via LAX and Dallas, but we'll be starting from our home in Sacramento. (I won't tell you what the winter weather has been like this year...)

See you all in Albany!

Our group of 4 are going- Pls post your target time and day! I'm not sure, but I don't think we're staying up there. Driving back and forth for both games.

I'm going, with my husband and a group of friends that are not Boneyarders.

Yea, I've heard it's been pretty tough out there in California this winter.

(p.s., my grandmother used to work at the Bee)

Oh, I'll be there as I'm only about three hours away in upstate NY. This is one major perk of being the General Manager of a Buffalo Wild Wings. Corporate seats!
