I hope the school didn't give out those fat-heads; the t-shirts are "iffy". I don't think the chants - so long as they were not led by school personnel - violate anything. Prohibitions include personal contact with a recruit, how could the NCAA expect a crowd if they "recognized" a recruit and started chanting..

To be fair, RU was scrupulous about not advising when specific recruits were on-campus, although it was generally known when prospects were on-hand for a football game, which was the big day, sort of like you having them on First Night. Then again, most of our recruits were not quite that prominent that any but the most devoted fan was going to recognize them.
