$25,000 per win plus travel for teams going more than 500 miles
Found an article from 2021, back then each team got pain $4000 per game played plus hotel and meal expenses. They probably made more from UConns run.

Correction teams traveling less than 500 miles get 1/2 the money of those traveling the greater distance .
There currently is zero contribution for the women’s tournament
However with the new contract the NCAA will vote next year on possibly shares . Under the old media deal and accounting practices the women’s tournament historically lost money. The NIT made money.
A side note: Gonzaga‘s deal with their conference gives them an unequal share
They have made more from the tournament than any other team by a large margin.

The threatened to join the MW.
Why would they.give up that deal ?
All other top conferences share equally.
