The NCAA does what it can whenever it wants to hit schools that they know won't fight back with violations. Eventually with all these violations adding up the NCAA will just call it loss of institutional control and then those sitting here saying "ZZZZZZ" and "yawn" and "BFD" will be forced to wake up.
