Geno comments:

Crystal was fabulous. Very complimentary of Memphis.

Team has a tendency to stand around and they got caught standing around a lot. He thought the team just stood around and jacked up jump shots. Can't explain it. Wishes he could.

Asked about extending the series and if he wanted to extend it and if WCBB needed it. He said back in the day it was important and each game carried weight. 10 players who were going to play in the WNBA. Everything is like a Broadway show - things come to an end and WCBB has done pretty well without it. So many great and compelling match-ups now that UCONN-TN doesn't carry the same weight it used to. Feels different.

Kyla not where she was 2-3 weeks ago. Ebb and flow. Anna was very good. No consistency off the bench. Liv is nowhere near where she needs to be. Trying to win with 3 players and the rest is patchwork. Struggle to find continuity. But right now we don't have it...

ELA: you have posted the big problem of last nights game and probably other games. They stand around waiting for something to happen instead of making things happen. And, then one person tries to make something happen like Crystal or Chrystin. They use to pass with precision, move with precision, and feed the person who is open.

Geno said that CD did not get any help last night and that's just not right. Without CW's effort last night I think Uconn may have lost the game.
