I haven't watched it either...
But I remember very clearly, after the 1st of four Stewie-era titles.
After ND had beaten us time after time...all close, all losers.
That Geno told Holly (something like) that today...(just) today we were the better team. Ad that's all there is to it.
Works in reverse too.

NOT a "season review"... mostly rehash of semi-final game and what UConn didn't do to win the game. So much wonderful things happened this year, so much great basketball, Regular Season Undefeated, Regular Season Conference Champion, Defeated EVERY Out Of Conference foe, Conference Tournament Championship, Regional Championship including a beat down of the defending National Champion, NDPOY, AAs, Conference POY,....SO MUCH TO CHEER...rather than rehash what's been rehashed over and over and over. Normally I enjoy these SNY shows but this one seemed just to emphasize the loss to ND way too much...for a "Season Review" show. All this is IMHO of course
