First place in the AAC..... ECU is no slouch this year. Only defeat was at the hands of the powerful Duke Blue Devils.

"While all agreed that SMU had taken all possible steps and precautions to keep them healthy and safe..." Uh huh. This is the program where the players sued Travis Mays (miraculously still there) and the team physician for medical negligence.

"...ultimately the women decided that the totality of the circumstances was resulting in an in-season experience that they did not wish to prolong." Hmmm. Maybe the "totality of the circumstances" included that "mentally traumatic culture within the program" reported by previous SMU players.
