SMU Game Thread

I just realized that there is a dual purpose for the Huskies to go to the Mavs game tomorrow. In addition to watching the game, they get to see where the Final 4 is going to be played.

We're so incredibly lucky and blessed as fans to cheer for this program, to cheer for these women, and to cheer for this staff. I did not see this happening but I'm so glad it did. Congratulations to these Huskies!
 
Geno during the end game interview has it right. Every year you have a chance for a championship. UConn has 11. 90 game winning streaks are the true rarities. Once seems like luck. Twice seems like planning, and organization. Congratulations UConn. No one else can say you've just beaten yourself at your own greatness.

I love that Kia highlights how much of a team effort this is, and how a different person steps up every night. I think, to some extent, this is what truly sets UConn apart. The way they work and hustle as a team, and the way they strive to create the ultimate team environment is, in my opinion, unparalleled.
