I recently attended a concert in Prague. While waiting in line for several days, I became acquainted with the young lady behind me. She mentioned that she played D1 basketball in America. She shared with me a photograph of her youth basketball team from several years ago. I found it interesting and thought maybe some on here would also. Where’s Waldo!

As crazy as this might seem, I literally waited in line every. single. day. from May 1 to August 1 for the last three summers. (This year May 1 to July 3.) It’s a little more nuanced than actually waiting in line. We do what’s called a rollcall. You take your spot in the queue and then you have to report back at 10 AM, 3 PM, and 7 PM. If you are in line at those three prescribed times, then you are still considered in the queue. You are free to do the touristy type stuff between the rollcall’s as long as you insure you’re not even one minute late returning for those prescribed times. Add to that the race that takes place from one venue to another halfway across Europe to add to the insanity of it all. It’s not actually as bad as you might think, but it’s way worse than you can imagine. Haha
