The problem with digging these holes is that we aren't good enough defensively to let our anemic offense chew away at the lead. I dont know what we will end up looking like a couple months down the road but right now we are simply a pretty mediocre basketball team just by the eye test. we have had similar issues four games in a row.

Maryland has been very good at going up with both arms up. There's been a lot of contact in the paint that is legitimately not a foul. They seemed to have earned the refs respect so that borderline calls in the paint go their way, much like we used to have from 2003-2009.
