Chicago is trying to overcome their poor start to the season and nab the 8th playoff spot. They are slightly behind Dallas and Seattle right now.
 
Just a very bad loss from many aspects. Sun looked flat and tired with negative body language. Sky were energetic and confident. Sun have to dig deep and get a couple wins on this brutal road trip... 3 games in 6 days - Washington, Phoenix and LA.

Washington becomes a huge game. Someone came double check this but it appears that if the Sun win they clinch the bye due to the season series tiebreaker.

Everyone's missed the obvious explanation for the bad play last night. Alex Bentley messed with the hair mojo by wearing a ponytail instead of her usual bun. Alex, please go back to bun!
 
CT didn't play their best ball, but Chicago was sharp and hungry. They are a good team. They most likely won't make the playoffs this year, but expect a much better record from them next year.
 
Before I stop picking this scab, it should be mentioned that Bri Jones had another good outing... 19 minutes, 9 points (4-7), 6 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 block. This is several appearances in a row that she has looked like she can really contribute. Especially important since Lynetta looks like she is having trouble walking, let alone playing. I don't see how she can play at all for the rest of the season.
