EDIT: It actually says the only way to guarantee your seats for Florida & Louisville is to buy the flex pack option. Maybe single game tix will go on sale later for those two. Not sure.

Well for one they have no idea how to sell tickets.

In this specific example they are trying to leverage the higher profile games to sell tickets to less attractive games.

Check out the current best available for Memphis at XL. Either they are restricting availability or this is a good sign.
