i was going back looking at the NC's we've won - and how far apart they were. i think there have been 2 classes since the early 90's not to win a NC.

the class of 1992 coming in as freshmen would have won a NC in 1995. so i'm thinking the only 2 would be Amy Duran, Courtney Gaine, Tammy Arnold and Amy Hughes (came in as freshmen in September 1995 but graduated 1999), and the class of 2004 - Charde, Mel, Ketia, and ultimately Brit Hunter since we didn't win again till 2009, the year after they graduated.

is that correct?

as for final 4's, we made it to the final 4 in 2008 so Charde, Mel, and Ketia's class made a final 4, and we made it in 1996, so Amy's class et al. would have made a final 4 too. we also made the final 4 in 1991, so would we have to go back to the class of 1988 to find a class that DIDN'T make a final 4 in their career?

in other words, every UCONN class since 1988 has made it to a final 4, is that correct?

Yes on both.
Geno started in August '85, so his first recruiting class would've been the 86 class, though even that would've been somewhat limited. His first true class then would've been 1987. His second, 1988, made a final four ... and every class since then.
