Silas injury

Yeah there’s definitely a lot of fake stuff out there on social media, no doubt. But Koby Del Rosario is a legit college hoops journalist. I’m not saying the report is true or not, just sharing the article that @OceanDoggie was referring to.
What's the report?

The guy just shared a couple of tweets from Big Silas and gave a deceptive headline.

I agree.
Not to take away from Braylon or any other guys, but Silas’ style of play is what UConn stands for - hard like rock, never give up, defensive warrior, as blue color as an artist with the ball. True leader and if it was me, I would build the team around him.

This to me is one of the main things that makes it so unbelievable that we were a few points away from a title
And it's pisses me off that Michigan fans claim their team was hurt and ignore Silas' injury and that Solo was in a boot 24 hours before the game. Also, J Stew probably wasn't 100% healthy either and fell out of the rotation because of it.

Although I always hate the injury excuse if Michigan fans play the injury excuse game we can too. No they weren't beating us by 30 under any circumstances our guys wouldn't allow it to happen and no we did not play great in the 1st half and had our 3 starters with foul trouble for the half.

As far as the comparison to the 24 team what a joke. The largest margin of victory and Hurley slowed all those games down to a snails pace with Clingan out for chunks of the game.

He obviously wasn’t 100%, but you could only tell if you watched him play in the tournament vs earlier in the season. No visible pain and no complaining. He’s an absolute dog. I love Silas

He’s going to be competing for All America teams next year. Book it

What a warrior putting it all on the line to win a championship. Let him take his time back. The Duke comeback happened when Silas started scoring had all his 11 pts near the end and of course the last play.
