This is exactly what we needed. Wow this is just a terrific pick up. He was getting better as the year went on. I think given the right match of players on the floor he will get assists.
He is also strong, played through contact on a few of those dunks. One at the beginning of the tape 429 posted (thank you for that by the way) he got hammered no foul called and he just turned around did not complain and sprinted back to get into position. Thats good because we know he ain’t gettin no calls in the BE. That ship has sailed….it was already kind of bad before Hurley got here with Calhoun’s legacy… so what….we still got more chips than anyone else in the last 25 years.
Plays the passing lanes really well. Hope he cheats against the right players in that sense as a few of those steals with a better passer on the other team may have turned into open threes but that is nit picking. Cam used to get in passing lanes well too and Silas is longer and quicker than Cam. Man he may have had more fast break lay ups and dunks than our entire team.
This is truly exciting. Surrounding him with two of the best shooters in the country should be lethal. Solo, Mullins and Silas sound like a great back court to me. One or two more portal adds like this and I already can’t wait for next season to start.
I am not even gonna mess with the last name he will be Silas in my posts. I already have enough spelling issues.
This was a good day for us!!
