Signing Day Question

This is probably a stupid question, but do transfers have a cut off date that they need to sign by also? Or is national signing day only for HS kids?

Anybody can sign anytime. The closer you get to the Fall semester, the harder it may be to get a guy through the clearinghouse, but that’s hopefully just a technicality.
