I think they can earn NIL $$ with passive deals, ie, shirt sales, however they cannot endorse products or do work for companies like Paige and Azzi are doing. You know darn well that UConn has checked 1000000000 boxes to make sure that the passive t-shirt income is allowed by the NCAA, because, NCAA.

Who knows, but this was a hot topic in the team's post-game today thanks to one reporter. Geno all but confirmed the players are on student visas and can't earn money in the US.
