Shoutout to San Diego State

Have to give credit to San Diego State. The team played hard, but I didn't see anything really dirty or any chippy behavior. Dutcher and his team were a class act and a tough opponent. Good luck to them.

I was only there for 4 years, but they were spectacular.

Saw SDST players get emotional at the end and at the press conference, which just shows how dedicated and invested they were in this game and season. Can't ask for anything more. Congrats to the school.

Solid program with excellent support. Hope they find their way into a P6 conference, they deserve it.

Would love to schedule a home and home in BB and FB.

A couple hat tips to SDSU -

They traveled really well, and they expected to win. They were not there saying we're just happy to be here or oh gosh this is great. They were straight talking trash before the game, and I like that.

They have, in this guys opinion, one of the best fight songish traditions in CBB in that the pep band plays Uprising by Muse and when they get to the line "we will be victorious" the pep band cuts off and the entire student section belts it out. It's fantastic. In fact the SDSU run against FAU happened because they played the song on the loud speaker in the arena.



Now that said, Take your trash talk and go home with your 2nd heartbreaking L. Enjoy the beach.
