Shout out to Diarra and Samson

The Samson we saw the last 6 games will be missed. He went from 2.9 rpg over his first 24 games to 6.1 rpg over his last 6.

I'd like to remember you with a better post. We'll see...

That these guys don't get to play for UConn anymore makes the loss even tougher.

Samson came so far from where he was when he first started playing for UConn. He bleeds Blue and gave all he had in yesterday's game. Couldn't have asked for more from him.

Hass is a warrior. Also being from Queens, I have an affinity for him with his grit and tenacity. He played hurt and never used it as an excuse.

Hass and Samson - thanks for everything. You will both be missed.

Tremendous effort. What a way to go out. Unfortunate result, but that might be Johnson’s best game and a top 3 for Hass.

Great Ambassadors for the school. They’ll be successful wherever they end up playing.
