What am I missing ? Why can Geno return but Shea can’t ?

Geno never went and remained isolated, Shea went into the bubble and then left the next day. Once you enter the 'quarantine bubble' you cannot leave it. Shea didn't have to leave as she never tested positive, but with her family member testing positive she decided not to risk the team by staying.
