At least Hassan played a good game (12 pts, 5 ast, 1 TO, +4, 29 minutes) and is looking healthier. We need him.
The refs didn’t blow a ton of calls, but I can’t kill them for swallowing their whistle on the inbound to Ball with the other inbounding mishaps.
And risk a tie ball? With these refs, IDK.All Ball had to was hold it.
The staff needs to watch a lot of games the rest of the season to find a couple great point guards to portal. This season is a lost cause.I don’t see any more reason for optimism after that. Looking ahead to next season.
From my recollection in the last minute alone he had a turnover, fouled a shooter shooting 3 because he can't ever close out properly because he's always out of position, then missed the FT that would have made it a 4 point lead. Just a complete disasterclass and then the game sealing turnover to lose to top it all off.100%. I asked if he was point shaving at the end of regulation, and it got worse.
Also, fouling up 3 is a great idea EXCEPT IF YOU CANNOT INBOUNDS THE BALL. And stop making Alex the inbounder. He has a mental block.
More on the coaches, followed by players.Stop blaming the refs, you sound like losers. We lost an awful Seton Hall team, that's on the players.
So did we though. 4 straight failed inbounds before the one to Ball. That doesn’t happen in middle school very often.I for one, expect them to do their job. They failed.
Don’t pretend that, as bad as we were, we don’t win the game if the officials do their job. Pointing that out is objective fact.Stop blaming the refs, you sound like losers. We lost an awful Seton Hall team, that's on the players.
I’m not sure this team can win games in any other major conferenceBall literally got tackled with 6 seconds left. Not sure what else you want in that spot. That game was stolen despite how awful we played. UConn needs out of this conference yesterday.
