I bought tickets to the NCAA Tourney game against Iowa State from them. They had a meeting room at a hotel near MSG that you had to go to and show ID to get your tickets. I did this another time too. Not ideal but they were organized.

I think these guys were "Easy Seat" last AAC tourney. I guess there sponsors of UConn cause you see ads for ticket galaxy at XL. I think there pick up spot was at the Hilton in 2015
