The people that thought we would be a 3 really haven’t paid attention to how the committee works, and what went on in the past two weeks in college basketball.

Oh, and further proof that the conference tournaments don’t really change seeding.
Except it did for Purdue

I know nothing about Furman this season but looking at their stats they are led by a 6'5 guard who averages around 18 ppg and around 5 assists per game. Two skinny 6'11 guys and a skinny 6'8 guy seem to be their three other best players. They're 8th in the country in 2 point fg% and 260th in three point fg% on high volume.
Taris SHOULD eat

Louisville has a horrible matchup if they have to play MSU. Kelsey's team is soft.

They just killed us. — they can beat Duke
It all depends on if Zuby can contain Boozer on the perimeter, off the dribble, in the paint and in transition. He certainly will compete until the end, I'll give him that.

They're very tall and tough. And they have a nasty freshman guard who wanted to go to UConn and didn't get a look so he's going to give us 25+.
Alex Wilkins? I'm sure a lot of New England kids would love to go to UConn.

Their coach looks like he recruited for height. Lots of tall players at every position. But are they athletic?

And maybe most importantly are 354th in forcing steals on defense. We tend to unravel when there's defensive pressure and give up fast breaks, which is something they don't do
Yup it’s really the only type of team we lost to all year outside of Creighton

Between Pitino and Duke the refs will be SO confused about to whom to give bad calls

That doesn't sound like an amazing matchup for us as 15 seeds go. They just need their lead guard to beat Mullins and Ball, and to hit an unusually good percentage from 3, while using their size to bottle up (or foul) Reed.

Not likely, but doable for them. High variance.

Don’t be surprised if South Florida makes it to the Sweet 16- have the hottest coach & probably play the hardest in the nation- will beat Louisville.

Villanova is gonna beat Arizona, aren't they? Minute I saw that second round matchup it just felt like an upset waiting to happen.
They have one bigman to go against their frontcourt, I honestly expect Utah St to beat them, they're good.

We just love humiliation, apparently…
I’m lost. I haven’t been paying attention since the lost. Who said we would/should decline the tournament? Someone on the boneyard or Hurley?
