The academic progress report could be used as a metric for determining the penalty. take every player over that period of time who had an African American Studies course and give them a zero for grades in that program. Getting a zero for a course in which the student cheated is common practice. Then you calculate the four year rolling averages and suspend the basketball team for each four year period where they fall below the APR score requirement.
