R: Directly in front of the visitor's bench (UConn).
Either go for R for solidarity or go for T to be the distraction!

I’m going to the Kansas game. I’m trying to figure the best seating area that fits my budget. There are reasonably priced tickets in sections 13 and 14. Does anyone know if those are good sections to watch the game?

I would avoid the upper corners, the 13A-B and 14B. Click on 2A to see what I mean. I never sat in 13-14, but spent a lot of time in 20-21 A-B, which is a student section. You can see the view from 13-14 at the link below. I've been in 20 proper, which is like 14, that's not bad. That's actually where Jason Sudekis and Sue Bird were last game.

If you look at the map, 13 and 14 would be fine. But behind them, higher up you have 13A, 13B and 14A. Those aren’t great. Prices are pretty crazy, but it seems you can get those under $200. Everything that shows GA is students.
