Would someone mind updating me on which gampel games are part of the 8 game season ticket package? Thanks
 
Single game tickets are able to purchase on 10/26? I want to make sure to get one when I come back to Connecticut during Christmas.
 
Is there a reasoning as to why they ship the season tickets out so late? Obviously they have had them picked out for some time as mini plans have been available for weeks. It is frustrating that I purchase tickets to every game in Hartford, yet people who buy tickets to 5 games get there's before me. Not trying to sound like a but this makes no sense. Furthermore, if I get shafted this year and moved up top like I was 2 years ago, I am really at the mercy of whats left at this point to buy a mini plan as the better allotted seats have been taken.
 
Anyone get theirs? I haven't seen mine yet and Sunday is getting close.
 
A nice touch would be emailing the customer a UPS tracking link. The technology is available to do that.

Defiantly. If you want you can create a ups account and they send you an email of the incoming packages
 
Mine came in today. I was moved from sec 109 row h at xl to sec 217 row e. Not too happy as this is the Seco d time they moves me up top after a year in the lowers.

Did you put in the comments that you wanted the same seats?
 
Got Section 110 at XL (same section as last year)
And 208 in Gampel(moved from 206)

happy with both

Yes I actually ordered over the phone and was very specific with saying I prefer worse angle but lower, ala behind the basket. These aren't awful but I would have preferred 109 or 110
 
Actually moved closer by two rows in the same section at Gampel, the comments section pays off:D.

I got mine - actually moved one section closer to midcourt at Gampel from 212 to 211. At XL I did order one more ticket (got 4 instead of 3) and moved FURTHER from midcourt from section 107 to 108.....weird. You would think they would not want to punish someone who bought an extra seat - I also increased my donation (and my company matched that). I would think it would be harder to move closer in Gampel as opposed to moving away in XL.

They consider seats on the side of the court in the uppers (lower rows) better seats than behind the hoop in the lowers

I guess people from the ticket office have never been to a game at xl then. It feels like a stairway to heaven when you start climbing up in the uppers.

we moved back AND to the weaker side despite being MVP's

I'm pissed like I've never been before, might be my last year. I'll take the donation money and scalp tickets going forward.

I don't understand how with declining ticket sales and declining donations, we move back and outside
 
Gampel 221 row p. Seats 1-3 on the aisle. Always ask for lowest seats on the aisle in 221.

Didn't move up this year but at least didn't move back.

Have always gotten the aisle seats ever since started asking for them.

FYI- I give 100 per year hoping it helps. Not sure if does or not.

I might be right with you. I've been an MVP for 7 0r 8 years. Still in the corner at XL. The weird thig is that most of the seats around me are sold on line or at the window. I wrote a specific request on mine this year. I will not see my tickets until next week but if I haven't moved in, I intend to follow your example.
What baffles me is the lack of any reply this year or in prior years. They can have personalities call me to try to icrease my contribution but they can't bother to respond to inbound inquiries. That goes against everything in the book on customer service.
 
Too bad Syracuse game is not included because quite frankly these games are rather blah outside of SMU and Cincinnati. At least the AAC has new exciting coaches.
