Spoke with the office yesterday. I never got the email either, but my season tickets were on my phone app. He was checking into why I never got the email. Guess I’m not the only one.I bought Gampel only and my account shows a printing date of 10/19/21 for my tickets. Nothing in the mail yet and no email.
Is you email address ........@cox.net? UConn had a problem with FB tix sent to Cox. That problem is with Cox. I've been getting "undeliverable" notices from other places to my Cox address. Cox says it's not their problem. He was checking into why I never got the email. Guess I’m not the only one.
Mine arrived Monday. I had called my REP and she arranged for me to be mailed hard tix. I am very grateful to her.My wife spoke to athletic office last week and there was an option to have traditional tickets printed instead of electronic. They arrived today.
I think they do for football. I know they had issues the first few weeks of the season.I hope they have someone stationed nearby the entrance to help people who are having e-ticket problems.
