Hurley took the shackles off the offense.

Good win and 1 game closer to getting Bouknight back. They could've used him down the stretch today. That was a rough looking last couple minutes.

Sanogo needs to start. The more minutes he gets the better player he will become on both ends. Hurley is smart to force fed him minutes by starting him. He wasn't the problem early on.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to recruit guys like Jackson and Akok and then not push the ball. We still haven't pushed the ball a ton, but more today. So that's good.

Our PGs run a lousy break and much of the season we haven't had our best finishers and athletes. So I'm going to give Hurley a pass up until now.

I'm sure we'll see more fast breaking with Jackson back. He's made for it. He plays up top a lot on defense. He should be able to get ahead of the break all the time.

Sanogo should play 25 to 30 minutes a game if possible, kid is gonna be a stud
Hurley knows what he's doing, for all the youth coaches here questioning him is crazy and laughable.
Adams has a valuable position on this team and felt he couldve really helped in spots today, especially in the end.

Not sure where we were before the game, but up to #39 in KenPom. NET rankings not updated yet (64 before the game.) This win puts us back in the NCAA Tourney for now. Just need to build off this with a few more quality wins.

Jackson should be sent down the court every time we get a defensive rebound. There were some lost chances today. Our point guards need to catch up. Jackson can always kick back to a trailing shooter like Polley, Martin or Cole.

what's the word on possibly making up the 3 games missing from the schedule ie nova, xavier, sju? another 2 wins from those 3 would be huge for the resume. the games against nova and xavier would be at home

we have 3 multi day lay offs remaining where we could squeeze in a game and none of these dates would result in a back to back for the other team:

thursday 2/18- xavier
thursday 2/25- sju
monday 3/1- nova
