Hopefully one day they just record a scrimmage like this and release it like other schools. Don’t think that’s asking for much?

Ross and Stew look physically imposing, hope they bring it on defense this year. Karaban went right through Stew for that bucket though.

The 3s by Mullins and Reibe looked tightly contested from that angle, they both probably have a green light.

Reed talking was interesting, maybe he’s got a new fire inside him this year?

Thanks for posting but could the camera work have been any more jumbled and chaotic? Reminded me of watching the Bourne Identity series, where it looked like the entire film was not only done with a hand held, but constantly jerked back and forth to give people a headache.

Small thing but love to see Solo cutting on offense like that. When you can shoot like he can that’s two or three easy buckets a game he can ring up when the defense loses him running him off the three point line. P.S. have a feeling he’s starting this year.

Reed is not messing around. Adama-like year incoming for him. Takes a lot of pressure off when the offense bogs down when you’ve got a guy in the post who can get you two whenever at a high clip

Whoever runs the account loves their quick cuts and heavily zoomed in shots. Wish they’d let the plays breath a bit.

Perhaps Hurley doesn't want to give future opponents scouting material. That's probably paranoid. But paranoia a college basketball coach have never been a liability.

Are other programs really releasing long stretches of 5 on 5 play/practice in August? I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that. Maybe an intrasquad scrimmage with fans in attendance in October or something or as part of Midnight Madness, or whatever they’re calling it these days.

This doesn't seem like something Hurley would do. He's pretty secretive about his players and intentions compared to most coaches out there IMO
