I have a feeling this game might catch the attention of our Husky Nation alumni , on Twitter. Kind of cool when you see Swin, Renee, Tina, KG, Meghan, and maybe now Maya(?) chiming in. Hoping they will do so this evening despite the time zone differences.

There won't (and shouldn't) be the same attention as to a FF game, but this is still a big game, more than just a 'statement' game, with a share of the BE title on the line, and some definite payback to be served.

With all (un)due respect to jsloan and the naysayers...I am supremely confident in our ladies and I like our chances tonight.

IMHO, far too many folks have taken the bait of Geno's use of the small lineup against Marquette as if that's some new norm. Apologies to MU, but Geno had the luxury of knowing a win was secure no matter what team he put on the floor in Milwaukee on Saturday, while also delivering a teaching moment.

To the untrained eye (mine) Kiah was having a nice game Saturday, so I'm just guessing that her and Stef's benching was intended to have them both seeing red tonight.

I think we revert to where we have been for a long time--ND comes to UConn and loses. Home court makes the difference. Unfortunately, the zebras will likely have a huge impact on the game, as ND just lives on the foul line.
