Ive probably watched that video 3 or 4 times now (so funny), but i just now noticed that Facey put up his hand right as PL let it go. Very cool.

Pretty sure he was already on a full-ride. I think med school is part of it too.

Nice. I wrote a letter to Warde Manuel after the Houston game at home that UConn blew them out by 50. The walk-ons played the last 5 minutes or so and didn't have their names on the backs of their jerseys. Bascially said that they're part of the team and it looks bush league when the announcers could not stop mentioning that there were no names on the backs of their jerseys. The next time they played, they had names on their jerseys, including Lenehan.

Are you Mrs. Ollie? I thought they said that she was the one who suggested names for the walk-ons. That was my recollection anyway.

Ok, quite frankly, some would say Jim was old school that way. Fair enough and I have no problem with the change. However, it was a tradition and it was earned or based on potential ability. Let's not have another thread taking shots at how Calhoun did things and how the change is an improvement.In any organization a fresh look by new management is healthy - let's leave it at that.

KO move even JC would be proud of. Maybe leave 1 rooster given to senior with 4.0 - basically guaranteed to graduate. Stick it to NCAA. I mean no disrespect for Patrick Lenehan, he actually is a pretty good baller - kid can shoot the ball.
