Why isn't Syracuse considered a conference game? They are leaving, but not yet. Is this just a typo?

Same question for W Va.

To what are you referring?
Not knowing anything else, Syracuse and West Virginia are still confernece games. Anything written to the contrary is a typo.

According to that schedule, at Seton Hall (December) is also not a conference game.

Someone had fun with that, I'm sure. No big deal, but of course they are conference games until they are no longer in the conference. And at that point, they won't be on the schedule.
