This is very poor scheduling !! The person that set this schedule should be fired !!!
Due to playing in the big east which is a weak conference Uconn in order to be competitive on a national level, has to schedule an inordinate amount of out of conference games against good teams
With conference expansion it gets increasingly difficult to schedule games
The only time most of these teams, if they’re willing to play or available, if it is in November and December before the league competition starts
Honestly, UConn is fortunate third, able to schedule as many of these strong auto conference opponents as they have
To beat a dead horse women’s college basketball in the Big East is a huge detriment to UConn women

I'm not sure "cock of the walk" is an appropriate metaphor for Huskies, maybe for SC, Top Dogs would be more on target!.
Sorry but my southern side came out. But yes Top Dogs. Or Big Bad Wolf.

I know it's early, but looking in the future I hope our team is intact because it possibly could be an extremely challenging schedule. Just looking at the possibilities, this is what I see.

South Carolina-On the road
North Carolina-Supposedly neutral, but in the state of North Carolina
Tennessee- Brooklyn

If the home and home is renewed:
Maryland-On the road
Notre Dame-On the road
Louisville-On the road
NCST-Home
Texas-Home

That is 2 out of 8 games at home.
If these are renewed, I hope they can start a few of them at Home.
Of course, we don't know if some of them will be renewed.
Also, its possible that a few new teams will be added that we could play at home. I heard that Arizona may be in the mix, but nobody else as far as I know.
Has anyone heard if any other teams have been mentioned as an opponent for next year?

This sounds like poor scheduling. Why so many away games with a young team? Especially S. Carolina at there place 2 years in a row. Makes no sense.

Young team??? I don't think so.

Griffin - 6th year
Bueckers - 5th year
Fudd, Ducharme, DeBerry - 4th year
Bettencourt, Patterson, Brady - 3rd year
El Afly - 2.5th year
The 2nd year players, Arnold, Shade, Samuels played quite a bit.

This should be a pretty mature team. Don't think we've ever had a team this old.

I know, they are so old, but if you go by playing time it looks like this:
Griffin- fourth year
Bueckers- fourth year
Fudd- third year
Ducharme-third year
DeBerry- ?
Brady- second year
Patterson- second year
El Alfy- first year
Shade, Arnold, Samuels- second year
I could be wrong, give or take a few months.

Even looking at it that way, that's not young.
