Saturday March Madness Games

Looks like some teams came to Indy with a purpose. They decided to band together and gather up all the bricks for the Habitat for Humanity.

A bit worried he had those kids leave on him, a mass exodus is never good but Ewing has the #2 shooting guard coming in, I really like Jordan Riley joining him in the backcourt. Still not sure he can coach guards, who are more important than bigs in this day and age. Harris played above his head for 3 days.
 
Watford and Smart both with 2 fouls 10 minutes into the game. It's a 3 player team, so something to watch for LSU.
 
Scoring starting to pick up in LSU/St Bonaventure game.

They didn't even play a bad half, Eastern Washington just had a few big runs (9-0 to start, 10-0 to close)
 
LSU has been dominant the last few minutes. They're definitely one of the best 8 seeds I can ever remember. Maybe other than that Kentucky team we beat in the champ.

I was shocked GTown got a 12 seed. I really thought they would get a 14, 13 at best. GTown reminded me of 2008 Georgia who got a 14 seed (and lost to Xavier). But they won 4 in a row to win the SEC which pushed them above .500 to 17-16.
 
Well Georgetown looked like the team we saw most of the season, including the 2 games against UConn. They caught lightening in a bottle for 4 games in the BET but reverted back.

I don't think you have all your players but you look good, Eastern Washington is just playing great. You guys look like you might go on a little run.
 
I think Bonnies will make this a game in 2nd half. LSU not a particularly good defensive team, Bonnie's shots just need to start going in. Adaway needs to take the threes Lofton is bricking, Welch needs to find his rythym.

Thanks. I just put it on now on the plane. This game made me nervous not at full strength.
 
UNC Greensboro making this a game it seems? No seed is safe this year.

Unreal...FSU is #9 in three point shooting...and does not make a three in the whole game....Nutty stuff.

UNCG made 28 points from the three...FSU made zero points from the three...still a win by 10 is a win...but not the normal game for a team ranked 9th nationally in 3's.

It was what allowed the game to be closer than it should have been.

More like too quick and athletic. Nice to see him having a strong game. Garrett shooting very well, and they keep leaving him wide open.

I‘ve never been on a plane that made more damned announcements than this one. Just let me watch the damned game!
 
Colorado shot threes at a 36% average all year but bombed away at Georgetown...hitting 64% for 48 points..
 
How many "I told you so" posts about Georgetown are there in this thread? Either link where you "told us so" so don't say "I told you so".
