Anyone remember this day? Louisville thrashed us in the AAC tournament and this board was in shambles. A small guard from Boston named Shabazz Napier couldn’t get over the hump and lead his team to a title. His time a UConn was just about “done”. Remember that day. Also, keep in mind 1995. UConn, maybe more myself, wanted Villanova and to get a revenge win. Remember, Nova thrashed UConn by 23 in Gampel on CBS. Well, they got Nova and lost again. Once the brackets come out tomorrow the sting of this loss should wear off.
